Last night my friend Melissa had a Halloween Party! It was so much fun! All the kids had a blast! She had some really good food and every detail was so cute! She had a photo booth, a tattoo parlor, a coloring station & a balloon toss! Although the kids loved all of that I think they enjoyed pulling out all of Mason's toys even more...lol!! Thank you Melissa for inviting us, we had such a good time!!

Today my sister, Maddie, DD & me went to the Pumpkin Patch! It was fun but very exhausting!! Dylan loved the inflatables & the horse ride! Maddie loved the hayride! Quinn & I have a tradition every year where we take the kids, I can't wait till next year so Little Miss Brinley can go!! I love making memories with my family, today was such a good day!

So today I got the scare of my life! I am now 18 weeks and I started bleeding at work. I called the dr. and they asked me to come in. I was so scared & upset and all I could do was cry & pray. I prayed that my sweet baby girl would be ok! I had to have another ultrasound and this is why I am posting more pics. They said Brinley looked good and they really couldn't explain why it happened. I am just so thankful that my baby girl is ok, God is good!

One of my good friends Alicia got married Friday night and I invited my sister to go with me! It was the most beautiful wedding! It was at Workplay and it was amazing! The music, the decor, the entertainment & especially the dessert were all perfect!! It was such a fun night, I am so glad I got to enjoy it with my sister & friends!

On October 14, 2011 my sister & I went to find out what this precious baby is that is growing inside me! The whole time I have felt it was a girl and everyone else has felt that way too! Well, we were right...It's a girl!!! Even though I drank a whole mountain dew like they told me to she was very modest and wasn't moving very much, it took a little while but we finally figured out it was a little girl!! We got to see her arm and her sweet profile and her feet!! Her name will be Brinley Quinn and we are all so excited to meet her!!

I am 13 weeks!! It's been a rough one this time. I have been nauseated and I have to snack all day long just to feel ok. I am starting to feel a little better now. I am excited & praying for a healthy baby!! I already have a feeling it's a girl but I would love another boy too!! DD is very excited & says he will help me change the diapers but not the stinky ones...lol! I will be sure to keep everyone posted:)

Today we had Maddie's 2nd birthday party and it was so much fun! I loved getting together with my family! Quinn had everything decorated so cute! Maddie was shy while we sang Happy Birthday but she loved it! Opening presents was her favorite part! I bought her very first Barbie Doll!! Quinn didn't want me to start that but I had to! I always loved playing with barbie dolls when I was little:) My favorite thing I got her were her jelly sandles, so stinkin cute! She got so many nice things! I just can't believe she is almost 2 years old! I am so glad Dylan & Maddie have each other to grow up with! We love you so much Maddie Grace!

So, today was my 32nd birthday! It was such a great day! I woke up and read two of the sweetest cards ever from my boys! It really made me smile:) Then, my precious baby boy walked up and sang "Happy Birthday" to me! It was the cutest thing! Jeremy, Dylan & I met MiMi, Quinn & Maddie at Firebird's and ate lunch! It was fabulous! I had a double black diamond martini...it was SO good! My meal was so pretty so of course I had to take a pic:) I got some nice gifts too! My Mama got me a gift card:) Quinner got me several things that I have mentioned I wanted...Fantasy perfume, a planner, hairspray, a wallet, she even got me a scarf that I LOVE and the sweetest card ever! I love my Mama & sister so much! After lunch I came home and rested with Dylan, Quinn & Maddie! We took a few pics of Maddie for her birthday invitations and then we danced on the Wii! I could not get over all the fb messages, texts & phone calls of birthday wishes! I am so very blessed to have so many wonderful family & friends! I feel so loved, thank you to everyone for making my day special:)

DD grabbed his camera that he asked Santa to bring and he started taking pics like crazy! He would get mad when Maddie would not look at him and say cheese and I told him now he knows how Mommy feels when I try to take his picture and he doesn't want me to! It was funny! We loved the motorcross too!

Last night we all went to the monster truck show and it was so much fun!! Dylan was a perfect angel, who knew? Jeremy, Dylan, me, Joey, Stefy, Savanna & Booger all went! Yesterday we laid my Nana to rest and although it was tough, we have comfort in knowing she is at peace and she is happy to be reunited with her loved ones including her husband and son. After the funeral, we all went to my half sisters house to be with our family. We were mourning my Nana's death but we were also celebrating the birth of Jesus and enjoying each other's company. We ate some great food, exchanged gifts and just enjoyed being together. Thank you Jesus for my family, I am so blessed!

This evening Jeremy, Dylan & me got together with MiMi, Aunt Quinn, Maddie, Uncle Brad, Mike & Chad for Christmas! Brad smoked some turkey and ribs on the new smoker him & Quinn just got...they were SO good! Of course MiMi cooked some really good stuff to go with it...hashbrown casserole and a corn & yellow rice casserole! Quinn made her famous green beans, rolls, brownies and haystacks, the food was great! Then, we gave the kids all their gifts! We got Maddie a point & go book, crayons, a zhu zhu pet and an art easel! She plays with Dylan's every time she comes to my house so I decided to get her one that was pink, blue & purple!! She also got 2 4wheelers! She will keep one at her house and one at MiMi's!! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family, I love them SO much!

My precious Nana went to be with Jesus today at 7:30. She wasn't in any pain and went peacefully. I know she is happy b/c she gets to be with her Mama, Daddy, sister, husband & son. I remember going to my Nana & Grandaddy's house when I was little and going to the garden with my Grandaddy and then coming in to eat some of her good home cookin! Her vegetable soup & cornbread was the best:) Nana, you will be so missed. We love you very much.

So my friend had her precious little girl yesterday and we are all so excited to meet her! Kendall did not find out what they were having so it was a complete surprise! I was an exciting journey to be a part of! I love Kendall to pieces and I know she will be the best Mommy ever! Yesterday Mama, Quinn, me & the kids went to my best friend Laci's little girls 1st birthday party! Laci is like family to us, we love her so much! We had the best time! It's hard to believe we are both grown now with kids of our own! Laci & I have known each other since 7th grade, oh how time flies! It was sweet watching Layla open her presents but the best part was watching her eat her cake! I have never seen a kid eat so much cake, she even dove face first for it...lol!! So tonight after work I decided to stop by the thrift store. I found all kinds of good deals! I got 2 dresses, 5 tops, 1 sweater, a pair of slacks, a skirt, Dylan a shirt, a Melissa & Doug toy and Maddie a princess chair for $42!! Most of it looked brand new and was name brand! I love me some bargains!

Puzzles

Yesterday Quinn & Maddie came over and I decided to get some puzzles out that I had planned on giving her & DD for Christmas! They LOVED them!! Maddie Grace loves puzzles and is all about doing animal sounds these days so she was loving hers! Maddie also loves to color and I got some pics of her doing that too, it was so cute! Dylan loves tractors and knows what each one of them is on his puzzle! He has already done this puzzle about 15 times and by the 2nd time he put it together all by himself! He has always loved puzzles! That was the first thing he did when he got up this morning!

I meant to post this pic with our Gatlingburg pics but forgot. When we went to the Black Bear Jamboree show Santa saw all the kids before we went in. The other night we all celebrated my dear friend Jerry Fuller at his retirement party! There were so many people there that love him! He has been with the credit union for 38 years and will be retiring in January! He is actually the one who asked me to come wirh with the credit union over 13 years ago, he is so special to me! It was a good time with some great people! After that we went to Zea's at Brookwood Village for our annual Christmas party! We had so much fun and the food was great! I am so blessed to work with such wonderful people!

Dylan recently had his first Christmas program at school and it was just precious! I learned he has a little girlfriend at school named Lexie and he is so sweet to her! They loved on each other the whole time, it was priceless! He told me that he wanted to buy her a baby doll b/c she likes baby dolls and he wanted to buy her candy too! It was too cute! They sang a few different songs, these are the moments I love about Christmas!

Riley has been up to some mischief lately but he did give Dylan another prize for sleeping in his own bed!! Dylan loves getting stuff from him! He also wrapped a present for Dylan but left the mess when he did that! Dylan put Riley in time out, started to clean up and looked at me and said, "Mommy, can I open my present now?" It was too funny! We are going to let him open Riley's present on Christmas Eve since that is when Riley has to leave! Riley also got my lipstick and wrote a message to Dylan on his bathroom mirror. It said, "Dylan, Santa is watching you! Love, Riley" I told Dylan what it said and he could have cared less. He said, "Mommy, can I watch Spongebob now?" Kids are so funny, you never know what they will say. This morning Riley gave him a tractor calendar and this has by far been Dylan's favorite thing! He LOVES it!! We have enjoyed Riley being in our house, I think Dylan will be sad when he has to leave.

So, we decided to have a family day and go to Chuck E Cheese! Jeremy took him when I went to Sips 'n Strokes last weekend and said he loved it! That was his first time Dylan had ever been. I really wanted to see how much fun he had so we decided to take him again! He had a blast and there was only a few kids there which made it even better! I forgot how much fun Chuck E Cheese was! It was a good day!

Riley has been causing some major messes in our house!! He took all my cans out of the cabinet and stacked them up on the counter! Dylan put him in time out and cleaned up the mess without us even asking him too:) Then, Riley put all of DD's underwear all over his Christmas tree...that silly elf! Although he makes a lot of messes, we have enjoyed having him around the house!

Last night we went to Sip 'n Strokes and it was SO much fun!! Our friend Jamie was in town from San Diego and we wanted to spend some time with her and her family so we all went to Sips 'n Strokes! My friend Cathy & her mother-in-law also went with us! It was Quinn's first time as well as Cindy's first time and they loved it! Their paintings looked pretty darn good too! It was such a fun night with everybody, I can't wait to do it again!!

So last night we left out some crackers and water to see if we could lure in the elf that we asked Santa to let come stay with Dylan for a little while! When we woke up this morning he was laying on Dylan's table and had eaten some of the crackers and drank some of the water we put out for him, it worked!! Dylan had spent the night at Booger's so when he came in he didn't really know what to think at first. Then, he realized that he had an elf friend just like Booger! He could not wait to call Booger and tell him all about it! It was so cute! Then, the kids came over with their elves and it was too cute! I have heard a lot of stories about these elves and they like to get into trouble! Can't wait to see what Riley has up his sleeve!

So although my nephew turned 5 in August we are just now getting a chance to take his pics! My sis-in-law is always busy with the kids so we just now got a chance to take some! We recently took our family trip to Gatlinburg and this was Dylan's first time to go to Gatlinburg. Nonnie, Poppie, JJ, Ashley & Jacob went too! We rented a cabin this year and we all really enjoyed it! We ate some good food, walked around Downtown Gatlinburg, went shopping, we had Dylan an animal made at the Wacky Bear Factory, we also went to Cade's Cove & to the Lee Robertson Gallery. The best part of our trip was going to The Aquarium & to the Black Bear Jamboree Show! The show was awesome and the food was good too!! We even got the dvd so we can watch it for years to come! Dylan had a blast! It was a good trip, I can't wait to go back next year!

So, today was the day we gave Quinn her early Christmas present! Brad & I went in together and bought her a new camera. Quinn has never had her own DSLR camera before so I thought it was time she got one! She had been using my backup camera (D40X) and the shutter release went out in it a few weeks ago. Quinn was sick and we were told that it would be at least $240 to fix it. So, I talked with Brad and just thought it would be better if we just bought her a new one! She deserves it b/c she is the best Mommy, wife & sister in the whole world! She was in shock when we gave it to her! She still can't believe it! I hope you enjoy your new camera sister! We had a blast on Halloween this year! We started out at our church Crossroad Baptist! It was great to see our friends, the kids had a great time! Then, we headed to Valley Creek Baptist and it was a blast! It was so much fun eating good food, walking around outside & looking at all the trunks and decorations everybody had! Good times! So, my friend LeAnn has a pair of these shoes and I have always liked them! I started looking at the website and although I really wanted a pair for myself I decided to buy some for Dylan! I LOVE all the different styles they have! The graffiti pair & skull pair are really cute but I wanted to buy something that would go with everything! I finally decided on the black pair! The best thing about these shoes is with every pair you purchase, TOMS will give a new pair of shoes to a child in need. One for one. Dylan absolutely LOVES these shoes! The look so cute on him! So, when I got to work this morning my coworker/friend Cindy (her grandson played on Dylan's team) brought me some goodies for Dylan! Coach Bill & Coach Jared got all the kids a trophy, a baseball card poster and a goodie bag filled with candy! I will post a pic of the poster once I frame it! I am going to hang it in DD's room! When I gave the stuff to Dylan he was so excited! I am so glad that we all got to have this experience. It was so nice meeting everyone, we will miss them! We really enjoyed it, but I think it will be more fun when he gets a little older! I can't believe how fast my baby boy is growing!

So, today was DD's last game and it could not have gone any worse! He would not play at all! It was fun watching all the other kids play, they did great! Our team won the first game which means they play another game to see if they win the tournament! I am not sure yet if they won b/c they are playing now! We left b/c Dylan was tired and he did not want to play ball at all! I am a little sad b/c I wish he would have played. The team is getting together at the park for cupcakes after the game. Then, they are getting their trophies! Dylan just was not having it today and so we left! So, he just sat by the bleachers and played with his cousins while his team was playing. I have to say my hubby was right when he said he was too young, but I guess I had to learn the hard way. Hopefully, he will be ready for it in a couple of years! At least it was a pretty day!

So, today we had a yard sale at MiMi's house and I was exhausted when I got home! I have been trying to get Halloween pics of the kids since it will be dark when we all get to see eachother on Halloween! Jodie & Joey are going to be indians too and they even made a real teepee to use at the church for trunk or treat! Stefy had been to a birthday where they got their hair & makeup done and she was looking so cute! Then, NayNay was about to go to a Halloween party and she had her costume on too! So, I thought it would be a perfect time to snap a few pics! Booger is going to be Captain America and he & Dylan were too busy playing so I just took some of the girls! I took these pics in literally 5 minutes! The gnats were terrible so I didn't want to make the girls suffer for too long! They are growing up way too fast! I love them so much! I can't wait till Halloween, we are all going to have a blast!

So, I decided to change a few things in my kitchen. As you can see the kids have their own table and art easel! They love it! These aren't exactly the decorative pieces I want but I have to say it is kid friendly! I am still working on some other things but I love the curtains! I am wanting to get another table & chairs but considering that we just bought living room furniture it may be next year before we can do that! Today Quinn & I took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch! It was Quinn & Maddie's first time to go and they loved it! I think Quinn had more fun than anybody...lol!! The weather was nice too! We rode the wagon out to get our pumpkins and then we walked around and went to the petting zoo! We started to let the kids get their faces painted but DD got in trouble and then decided to pitch a fit! It was time to go so we did! We even saw some friends we haven't seen in a while! Although it was exhausting chasing after a wild 3 1/2 year old, we had a great time! I love my family so much!
