Today, Mama & me went to spend the day with Quinn and Maddie! We gave Brad a little break! The photographer came in to take Maddie's pictures for the web nursery and they turned out so cute! I had to take a few of my own, imagine that!! Quinn's nurse, Lindsay is the best nurse ever! She was my nurse when I had Dylan! She has helped Quinn so much! We had a great day and I really enjoyed spending time with our precious little Maddie and my sweet sister too! I love them so much!!

Madelyn Grace is here!!

Well, she is finally here!! Madelyn Grace Coleman arrived at 11:36 this morning and weighed 7lbs 8oz 21 1/2 in long! Quinn was admitted last night at 8:00 and they gave her cervidil and this morning at 5:00 they gave her pitocin. I called at 7:30 this morning and she was dilated 2 cm, and I could hear her screaming in pain in the background, it upset me so bad to hear my sister like that! I called 30 minutes later when I was on my way and she had dilated to 4 cm. When I got there she had already dilated to 7 cm! They gave Quinn an epidural, but it didn't work! So, they had to give her another one! Quinn was in natural labor until 7 cm, that's when her epidural finally kicked in! Over an hour later, she had dilated to 10 cm! Although, it went pretty fast, she still had not had any sleep from the night before! She pushed for an hour and 16 minutes!! When we finally got to see them, as soon as I saw Quinn we both started crying! It was so emotional! Then, I looked at Brad and he was pretty emotional too! Becoming parents is the most overwhelming and wonderful experience! We are so glad that everything went good and are so happy to finally meet our sweet little Maddie! We love her so much!!

Playing with Cousin Olivia

Today we went to spend time with MiMi & Aunt Quinn! We walked and played in the yard and Dylan rode his motorcycle! It was so much fun! Then, when we got home Sissy & Olivia were at NikNak's, so we walked over! It was so funny watching these two! Olivia is younger than Dylan and she is so much bigger! She is so funny! They enjoyed looking at bugs and playing with the dogs and the bears! They laughed the whole time they played! We have enjoyed this weekend so much, I can't wait til Spring!

Dylan loves to be outside!!

Today it was so beautiful and we took full advantage! Dylan played outside almost all day today, he LOVES it!! MiMi kept him for me for a little while and he played outside at her house the whole time, then he took a 3 hour nap...my baby was pooped!! Then, we came home and he rode his motorcycle (as he calls it) over to Nonnie & Poppie's house and played with Copper (My nieces and nephews new puppy)! He had so much fun today, I can't wait til we have warm weather all the time!!

Sips n Strokes

Last night a bunch of us went to Sips n Strokes, we had a blast!! It was my first time to go and I loved it!! I also went to Sekisui with LeAnn and Lori before Sips n Strokes and tried sushi for the first time! I have to admit, it was pretty good! Although my painting wasn't the best, I thought it turned out pretty good! My Mama liked it so much that I gave it to her! We had such a fun night! I can't wait to go back!

Maddie will be here soon!

Quinn went to the doctor today and she is still dilated 1 centimeter. Everything looks great and they told her they will admit her Monday night! They will give her the medicine that night and induce Tuesday morning!! Looks like Maddie will be here February 10th!! Quinn is so excited and can't wait to hold her baby girl! It's hard to believe that in less than a week Maddie will be here! We are all so excited!! Please keep Quinn & Brad in your prayers and I will keep everyone posted!

Happy 2nd Birthday Dylan!!

Today is Dylan's 2nd birthday! Today I put him in his tractor sweatshirt that his friend Kendall gave him, he loves it! I also took cupcakes to his daycare for everybody to eat and gave them all goody bags from Dylan's party! Then, tonight we took him to one of his favorite places...Habaneros! MiMi, Aunt Quinn and Brad came too! He ate all the cheese dip and chips that he could handle! We also got them to sing to him and he loved it! When we got home, we got a twinkie and put some candles in it and sang to him! He loved it and couldn't wait to blow out the candles! Dylan finished off the night by playing with one of his favorite toys that his friend Mason got him! It is so hard to believe that 2 years have already gone by! He has brought so much joy into our lives, it's hard remember what life was like without him! He makes us laugh everyday and he is getting so independent! The best part is when he gives us hugs and kisses and tell us he loves us! It just melts my heart! Being a mother is the best thing in this world! Being a mother constantly brings challenges, but it is so worth it! Dylan is saying so many different things and will eat all by himself! We are working on potty training, but it is a slow process. I still haven't gotten rid of the paci yet, but he only takes it at night. Hopefully, I can break him of that soon! I love my little man so much! Happy birthday sweet baby!

Yesterday I went to Morris Avenue to take some pics of my friends, Kacey & Brian for their engagement pics! I think they turned out great! They will be getting married at the end of April and I am going to be a bridesmaid! I am so excited! We had fun and I got some great pics of the happy couple! They are so in love and perfect for eachother!

These are some pics that I took this weekend of my baby boy! He is wearing his new pj's from Jenny & Sophie! I love them! He looks so cute and they are so soft! Daddy put together his new tricycle from MiMi and he loves it! He calls it his motorcycle! You should hear him say it, don't worry I will get video of that on here soon! It is so hard to believe that he is going to be 2 years old on Tuesday! I can't believe how much he has grown! It makes me sad when I look back at how much he has changed, but everyday is so much fun! He is learning so much and saying different things everyday! He is such a joy to be around! We love him so much!

Dylan's 2nd birthday party!

Happy 2nd Birthday Dylan!

Yesterday we had Dylan's birthday party at Crossroads Baptist Church! I wasn't sure if we were going to have a party considering I had a really bad stomach bug the day before. I woke up Saturday morning feeling much better, thank goodness! We did the Elmo theme and I had fun decorating in all the bright colors! We got pizza and I got the same girl (Heather Williams) to make his Elmo cake that made Quinn's baby shower cake! She always does such a great job! Dylan had a lot of his friends come to see him and he had a blast! There was plenty of room for all the kids to run around, unlike last year when I decided it would be best to cram 30+ people in my house! Dylan got so many nice things and really enjoyed opening all his presents! I think his favorite part was when everybody sang Happy Birthday to him! He loved it! He keeps saying "Apy Irfday", it is so cute! Dylan has enjoyed playing with all of his toys! I even put on his new pj's Jenny & Sophie got him! They are so cute! (I will post pics soon) A special thank you to everyone who came, we are truly blessed to have so many wonderful people surrounding our precious son! Happy Birthday Dylan, we love you so much!!
