*UPDATE*

Here is the latest...my MIL is going to have a procedure in the morning @ 8:00 where they will cut open her throat to see exactly what it is. There will be 3 specialists in the room while it is being done. If it is an infection like they think then they will wash it out and put something in to drain it out for the next 1-2 weeks. If not, then we will go from there. Our Christmas has been put on hold until Nonnie gets better. I will keep everyone posted after we get back from the hospital tomorrow.
