~Kyleigh's 2nd birthday party~

Saturday we went to Kyleigh's birthday party and had a blast!! All the kids enjoyed jumping in the inflatable and eating pizza & cupcakes:) Kyleigh looked so precious in her pigtails and Elmo outfit! Cathy did such a great job decorating...she is so creative! Kyleigh really enjoyed opening presents! She got so many cute things! I think the biggest hit was the mustang her Nana got for her! Everybody wanted to get in and ride it! Dylan got to drive around Kyleigh & Kyndle in it and the pictures say it all! They loved it!! She also got the cutest little 4wheeler from her Aunt Christie! It was precious! It was great getting to see everyone, we had a great time! Happy Birthday Kyleigh Ryan!!

So, I had a wild hair a few weeks ago and decided to change Dylan's room into a big boy room! It actually turned out to be a pretty simple and inexpensive job! My sister & I painted his room a darker color and I bought some bedding (which Dylan & I both LOVE)! I left the mural my sister in law painted b/c I love it! We took down the hutch and separated it, we found some rails to put his headboard & footboard on. I also bought some curtains and a curtain rod and I really like the way the window treatment turned out! Then, I didn't want to paint over his decal so with my mother in law's idea I bought a frame to put around it and I think other than the bedding it is my favorite part of the room! I still have one more picture to frame and it will be finished! I love it and Dylan does too!

Funny story!

So, I have to share this story with everyone! Dylan & I were driving to school this morning and we passed a cop and I said, "Uh oh...Mommy was going too fast" and Dylan says, "Mama that cop gunna give you a ticket and you gone go to jail and I won't get to see you no more!" I tried to explain that if I got a ticket (which I didn't thank goodness) that I would not go to jail that I would just have to pay a lot of money! Then he said, "Mama...slow down cuz if you don't I won't get to see you no more!" It was priceless, he was so serious!! I just had to share, that lil stinker cracks me up!
