Thanksgiving with my family

Today we got together with my family for Thanksgiving and watched the Alabama/Auburn game! I wanted to get some pics of my beautiful sister! It drives Quinn & Brad crazy that I take my camera everywhere! I wish I would have taken more pictures when I was pregnant, so I just try to take as many as I can so she will have them! This is the first picture I have been able to get of Brad & Quinn since she has been pregnant and he told me one picture and that's it! Oh well, at least I got one! I also got a picture of Quinn with her sister-in-law, Lisa! She is such a sweetie! It was fun getting together with everybody! We are so blessed!

Diaper cakes

Today Mama, Dylan and me went shopping to get some more things for Quinn's baby shower! When I got home, I had some packages I ordered from Ebay! I was SO excited! I love the diaper cakes and I know Quinn will too! These pics are just some of them, I got a bunch of them! That way, she can use the little ones and keep the big one to put in Maddie's room! The girl even put her name on the tag! I thought they turned out so good and I didn't have to pay a lot for them! I am almost done getting ready for Quinn's baby shower, I just have a few things left to do! It will be here before we know it! I can't wait!!

It was so much fun seeing all the kids play together! Dylan had the best time! He had not taken a nap all day, so when we got home he passed out! I am so thankful for everything! Dylan's artwork

These are some things that Dylan's class made! I love the one of his handprints! The body part of the turkey is actually his feet prints with his socks on...too cute! They always do the cutest stuff in his class! The other picture he colored each piece a different color! Now I understand why my Mama & Jeremy's Mama kept some of our artwork from when we were little! It means so much to me to have something like this to show him one day when he gets older!

Handprints at Ceramic Creations

Today Melissa, Mason, Dylan & me went to Ceramic Creations to make some ornaments and plates! This was out first time to go so we really didn't know what we were in for! It took awhile b/c we had to have Gigi (the owner) to help us. She was just so busy helping so many people that it took a little longer than we thought! We both had some ornaments and a plate made! So, that was 3 handprints for each of them! Poor Mason, he didn't like the paint at all! He did good though and the handprints turned out really good! Dylan thought it was funny and loved the way it felt when she brushed the paint on his hands! His handprints turned out pretty good too! That place is neat and our stuff will be ready in a week! I can't wait to see everything, they are going to be so cute!

Mommy-to-be at 7 months

Quinn is 7 months already! I can't believe it! She had her doctors appt. yesterday and she had to get her glucose test and her rhogam shot. Everything went great! She only gained 3 lbs this visit! She has only gained a total of 23 lbs! I remember I would eat everything in sight and gained 40 lbs, but Quinn is completely different! She looks so pretty and she is glowing! She has another appt. in 3 weeks and then the visits will be every 2 weeks! It's getting closer and we are all getting so excited! Our family is so blessed, we can't wait to meet Madelyn Grace!

Family Christmas ornaments

These are some ornaments I made for us this year! They also have the year on the back! I love doing stuff like this! I also made one for for Madelyn! I decorated hers in the brown & pink too! Today Dylan & me went with a friend of mine and her little boy to have ornaments made with their handprints on them! They are going to be so cute! I will be sure to post pics when I get them!

Dylan's Christmas pics @ Daycare

These are some of the pics that were taken at Dylan's daycare! They come twice a year to the daycare to take pics of all the kids and they do such a great job! It was so hard for me to narrow it down, but since I didn't have any individual Christmas pics taken of Dylan @ Botanical Gardens, I just had to get these! He is getting so big!

A day with the Bride-to-be

Today I went with Kacey, Karen, Kacey's mom & Emily to look for bridesmaids dresses! Kacey & Brian are getting married on April 25th! It will be here before we know it, so she is getting a head start on things! They already have the date, place, her dress and now our bridesmaids dresses picked out! Kacey knew she wanted something with color because they will be getting married in the Spring! She picked out a pistachio color (which is the one on the far left). The dress in the middle is the one that Emily & I are wearing. It will be the pistachio color with the ivory sash. Karen will the wearing the style of the black dress, but it will be in the pistachio color as well. Since Karen is the maid of honor, Kacey wanted her dress to be different. We had such a fun day and I am so excited for them! I can't wait til April!!

Daddy & Dylan's hands

Who knew that this picture would mean so much to me! I thought this was so sweet! Dylan kept putting his hands on Jeremy's and I just had to take a picture! I love the little dimples in Dylan's hands...so cute! Jeremy loves to nibble on his little fingers! My boys mean the world to me, I love them so much! Children are such a special gift from God:-)

Dylan's Christmas Tree

Today I went to Hobby Lobby (one of my weekly trips) and saw an aisle just for kids trees called "A Tree For Me"! They had everything from tiny ornaments to tons of different little tree skirts, to all the toppers you can imagine! It was so cute! I just had to buy this cowboy tree skirt! I even bought some cowboy boot and horse ornaments! And I couldn't forget the tractor ornaments, b/c that is Dylan's favorite thing in the whole world! It was so much fun picking out stuff for his tree! He had so much fun putting his ornaments on his tree! His face just lit up! He kept saying "he-he" and "tracto"...it made my heart smile! I can't wait to get one for Maddie next year! I love Christmas time!

Tis the Season

This weekend I started decorating for Christmas! I was excited b/c I knew Dylan would be able to really enjoy it this year! As soon as Dylan woke up this morning, he went and stood by the tree! He keeps saying..."rismas ree"! It was so cute! We also have a stuffed Santa sitting on the fireplace and he will walk up to him and say, "Hey Santa", he will even say, "wuv woo"! He is just so precious! I love to hear him talk! I also took some pictures of Dylan in front of our Christmas tree in my rocking chair when I was a little girl! He looks so grown up! This year we got Dylan his own little Christmas tree to put in his room! It's so cute and he loves it! He helped me decorate it and thought he was such a big boy! It was so much fun watching him! Dylan and his daddy were sitting on the couch and Jeremy kept blowing bubbles with his bubblegum! So...of course, I had to take pictures! Then, there are some of Dylan loving on me, I love it when he gives kisses b/c he will make the "Mwaw" sound, it just melts my heart! As each season passes, I realize Dylan is growing so fast! So, I am just trying to enjoy these precious moments as much as I can!

Silly boy

Here are some random pics I have taken in the last week of my little man! He laid on the couch the other night, covered himself up with the blanket and said, "Cheese"! Of course, that meant for Mommy to get the camera and take a picture of him...too cute! He loves to brush his teeth! Every morning before we leave for daycare, he has to brush them and show Daddy how good he can do it, I love it! This weekend I walked in the kitchen and found Dylan in a box! It was so funny! I always have my camera near by for moments like these! I love my baby boy SO much!
