Dylan & Maddie's birthday parties!

Yesterday Quinn & I had Dylan & Maddie's birthday parties!! We did a double party and it went great!! Dylan will be "3" on Feb 3rd & Maddie Grace will be "1" on February 10th! Mama, Quinn & me had fun decorating and getting everything ready and it could not have been any more perfect!! I think everyone had a great time, I know we did! We are all SO blessed to have so many special people in our lives! Thanks to everyone for being a part of their special day! Happy Birthday Dylan & Maddie Grace! We love ya'll so much!!

Sweet Maddie Grace

Visiting Baby Layla

Today Quinn, Maddie Grace & me went to visit my best friend Laci and her precious angel, Layla! We had the best time and of course I took my camera and snapped a few pics! Maddie Grace wasn't sure what to think about the baby she didn't really like her Mommy holding her! Layla is such a doll and Laci is doing so good adjusting to being a new Mommy! It was so nice to spend time with them!

Christmas with Nonnie & Poppie

So last Sunday we finally got to celebrate Christmas with Nonnie & Poppie! It was nice for all of us to get together and although Nonnie still isn't her old self, she is getting there. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family! I love them all so much!

The most precious thing that happened was when my precious baby boy tells me, "Appy irfday Mama", there was nothing better than that! Then he sang to me! I love my boys so much! I started out my morning by meeting my friend Christie and her daughter Kyndle! I went to help Christie and ended up taking some pics of Kyndle too for her 1st birthday pics! She is such a doll! I had the best time! Christie got me the cutest photo album, she is so sweet! Then, I met me sister & Maddie Grace and we went to Cracker Barrel for lunch, it was so good! I took my mother-in-law to get her hair done since she has only had it washed one time since she has been in the hospital. We had a good time and I am glad it made her feel a little better. My husband surprised me with tickets to see Reggie Randolph (Elvis)! So, my Mama kept Dylan for us so we could go to dinner and to the concert and it was awesome! Then, today my whole family went to Firebird's for my b'day lunch and it was yummy! I had the best birthday ever! I am so blessed to have so many wonderful family & friends! Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes!!

Kyndle's 1st birthday pics

On my birthday I met Christie & Kyndle at her Mama's house to snap some pictures! I went to help Christie and could not help but take my camera and snap some myself! Poor Kyndle is teething really bad and cried once we started taking them. Although she wasn't very happy with us, I still think we got some great shots of her! I really enjoyed spending time with Christie, Kyndle & her Daddy Ronny. It was a great way to start my birthday! Thank you for my gift Christie, I love it! I had such a great time and can't wait till Spring so I can come back once everything is starting to bloom!!

Last night Mama, Quinn & Maddie Grace came over since Jeremy spent the night off at a friends hunting club. I made some soup and cornbread and we all just sat around and let the kids play! Maddie Grace loved playing with Dylan's trucks! She is also holding up her first finger, it looks like she is telling everyone how old she is about to be! I love spending time with my family!

Dylan's 1st Monster Truck Show!

Last night we took Dylan to his 1s Monster Truck show and he loved it! My brother-in-law & sister-in-law also went and took Stefy, Savanna & Joseph! We all had the best time! I think Jodie & I enjoyed it more than everybody else did! One of the trucks wrecked and that is the part Dylan keeps telling everyone about! He did so good! Joey & Jodie said that they had never seen Dylan sit that still before, he was amazed! Everything was there that he loves, trucks, tractors & 4wheelers!! It was definitely worth it! I just wish I would have gotten better pictures, oh well it's the best I could do with my phone!

So much for the snow...

Well, I took off today b/c Dylan's daycare was closed due to the snow that everyone thought was coming! We got excited a few times b/c we thought it was about to really snow and by the time we got all of our layers on and started to walk outside, it stopped! These are the only pics I got, but we had a great time today! I love having lazy days like these with my little man!

*UPDATE*

After almost 3 weeks in the hospital my MIL is now getting to go home. They removed her trachea this past weekend and she is slowly started to recover. It will be a long road before she is back to herself but we are just glad to have her here with us! Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers...God is great!

Dylan's 3 year pics

So, I decided to take some birthday pics of Dylan and this is what I got! To not want to have his pictures made at all, I think they turned out ok! I really want to get some outside pics but it's been so stinkin cold! It is so hard to believe that my baby will be 3 a month from tomorrow! It is so hard for me to grasp the fact that he is growing so fast and there is nothing I can do to stop it! I am trying to enjoy every second with him b/c in a flash he will be all grown up! We love you Dylan Michael!

So, today Dylan walks in the living room while Jeremy & I were watching TV and says, "Wook Mommy" and this is what I saw! I immediately grabbed my camera and I am glad I did! The pictures say it all! I didn't even know I had it! He even showed me how much he used out of the container (practically all of it) and continues to put it on! The boy cracks me up!

Doing flips

I took these of Dylan last night, he just all of a sudden started doing flips in the living room. I asked him where he learned it and he said, "Boobooerk". He calls his cousin Booger that. It's the funniest thing! It just amazes me how he learns to do things. Kids are so smart!

I took this late yesterday when Dylan was taking his nap. They are so quiet when they sleep! I love this lil stinker so much!

Happy New Year!!

I decided to take some pics of Dylan outside today! He has been asking to go outside all morning and after we did some running around today, I took him outside to let him run around! He had such a great time, he loves to be outside! It is hard to believe that my baby is about to be 3 years old! I haven't updated about his potty training b/c I didn't want to jinx it, but he has been doing so good! He will tee-tee & poo-poo in the potty. He isn't doing it all the time but he is well on his way! We are so proud of him and he gets SO excited every time he goes! He has to show us every time he does it and he gets a little reward too! We are planning his b'day party and the theme is monster trucks! I just can't believe he is almost 3, man how time flies! We have had a great 2009 and we are excited to see what 2010 will bring! Happy New Year everybody!

These are some pics I took the other night of Dylan playing with his train and playing with his Daddy! I love the one of them laughing...we were watching Alvin & the Chipmunks and Dylan started sing the wrong words to the song at the beginning and it was just cracked us up! Instead of "You had a bad day" which is what the song says Dylan sang "You had a baby", it was hilarious b/c he really thought that was what it said! He just crack us up! We love our lil man so much!
