Handprints at Ceramic Creations

Today Melissa, Mason, Dylan & me went to Ceramic Creations to make some ornaments and plates! This was out first time to go so we really didn't know what we were in for! It took awhile b/c we had to have Gigi (the owner) to help us. She was just so busy helping so many people that it took a little longer than we thought! We both had some ornaments and a plate made! So, that was 3 handprints for each of them! Poor Mason, he didn't like the paint at all! He did good though and the handprints turned out really good! Dylan thought it was funny and loved the way it felt when she brushed the paint on his hands! His handprints turned out pretty good too! That place is neat and our stuff will be ready in a week! I can't wait to see everything, they are going to be so cute!

Mommy-to-be at 7 months

Quinn is 7 months already! I can't believe it! She had her doctors appt. yesterday and she had to get her glucose test and her rhogam shot. Everything went great! She only gained 3 lbs this visit! She has only gained a total of 23 lbs! I remember I would eat everything in sight and gained 40 lbs, but Quinn is completely different! She looks so pretty and she is glowing! She has another appt. in 3 weeks and then the visits will be every 2 weeks! It's getting closer and we are all getting so excited! Our family is so blessed, we can't wait to meet Madelyn Grace!

Family Christmas ornaments

These are some ornaments I made for us this year! They also have the year on the back! I love doing stuff like this! I also made one for for Madelyn! I decorated hers in the brown & pink too! Today Dylan & me went with a friend of mine and her little boy to have ornaments made with their handprints on them! They are going to be so cute! I will be sure to post pics when I get them!

Dylan's Christmas pics @ Daycare

These are some of the pics that were taken at Dylan's daycare! They come twice a year to the daycare to take pics of all the kids and they do such a great job! It was so hard for me to narrow it down, but since I didn't have any individual Christmas pics taken of Dylan @ Botanical Gardens, I just had to get these! He is getting so big!

A day with the Bride-to-be

Today I went with Kacey, Karen, Kacey's mom & Emily to look for bridesmaids dresses! Kacey & Brian are getting married on April 25th! It will be here before we know it, so she is getting a head start on things! They already have the date, place, her dress and now our bridesmaids dresses picked out! Kacey knew she wanted something with color because they will be getting married in the Spring! She picked out a pistachio color (which is the one on the far left). The dress in the middle is the one that Emily & I are wearing. It will be the pistachio color with the ivory sash. Karen will the wearing the style of the black dress, but it will be in the pistachio color as well. Since Karen is the maid of honor, Kacey wanted her dress to be different. We had such a fun day and I am so excited for them! I can't wait til April!!

Daddy & Dylan's hands

Who knew that this picture would mean so much to me! I thought this was so sweet! Dylan kept putting his hands on Jeremy's and I just had to take a picture! I love the little dimples in Dylan's hands...so cute! Jeremy loves to nibble on his little fingers! My boys mean the world to me, I love them so much! Children are such a special gift from God:-)

Dylan's Christmas Tree

Today I went to Hobby Lobby (one of my weekly trips) and saw an aisle just for kids trees called "A Tree For Me"! They had everything from tiny ornaments to tons of different little tree skirts, to all the toppers you can imagine! It was so cute! I just had to buy this cowboy tree skirt! I even bought some cowboy boot and horse ornaments! And I couldn't forget the tractor ornaments, b/c that is Dylan's favorite thing in the whole world! It was so much fun picking out stuff for his tree! He had so much fun putting his ornaments on his tree! His face just lit up! He kept saying "he-he" and "tracto"...it made my heart smile! I can't wait to get one for Maddie next year! I love Christmas time!

Tis the Season

This weekend I started decorating for Christmas! I was excited b/c I knew Dylan would be able to really enjoy it this year! As soon as Dylan woke up this morning, he went and stood by the tree! He keeps saying..."rismas ree"! It was so cute! We also have a stuffed Santa sitting on the fireplace and he will walk up to him and say, "Hey Santa", he will even say, "wuv woo"! He is just so precious! I love to hear him talk! I also took some pictures of Dylan in front of our Christmas tree in my rocking chair when I was a little girl! He looks so grown up! This year we got Dylan his own little Christmas tree to put in his room! It's so cute and he loves it! He helped me decorate it and thought he was such a big boy! It was so much fun watching him! Dylan and his daddy were sitting on the couch and Jeremy kept blowing bubbles with his bubblegum! So...of course, I had to take pictures! Then, there are some of Dylan loving on me, I love it when he gives kisses b/c he will make the "Mwaw" sound, it just melts my heart! As each season passes, I realize Dylan is growing so fast! So, I am just trying to enjoy these precious moments as much as I can!

Silly boy

Here are some random pics I have taken in the last week of my little man! He laid on the couch the other night, covered himself up with the blanket and said, "Cheese"! Of course, that meant for Mommy to get the camera and take a picture of him...too cute! He loves to brush his teeth! Every morning before we leave for daycare, he has to brush them and show Daddy how good he can do it, I love it! This weekend I walked in the kitchen and found Dylan in a box! It was so funny! I always have my camera near by for moments like these! I love my baby boy SO much!

Family Pics

This is a slideshow of some pics that I took today! Nonnie & Poppie have been wanting some pics of them with the grandkids and Jodie wanted some of her family! So, I decided to get everyone together and take some for them! I think they turned out so good! Jodie & I have decided to blow up one of these pics in a large print and have it framed for Nonnie and Poppie! It will be their Christmas present and they have no idea! I can't wait to give it to them! Family is so important to us and I love to see them smile!

Jeremy & Jodie's B'day Lunch

Today we got the family together for Jeremy & Jodie's birthdays! My hubby's b'day is tomorrow and my sister-in-laws is Monday! Everybody came to our house and my Mama and me cooked lunch and Jeremy's mom made his favorite cake (carrot cake) and I got Jodie a cake from Publix! We all sang Happy Birthday and they opened gifts! Jeremy got so much stuff! He got clothes and money and some shoes! Jodie got some cute clothes too! Dylan got his daddy some Spongebob pants, they were too cute! It was such a special day! Christmas Pics by Rachael Spencer

These are some of he proofs that Rachael sent me today! I love them! My favorites are the last 2 pictures! Dylan was not interested in having his picture taken one bit! So, it was really hard for her to get him to look at the camera. Although, he didn't smile in any of the pictures, I still think they turned out good! If anyone is interested, her blog is at the bottom of my page! She is such a sweet person and I want to thank her for taking time to meet with us and chase my little man around all day!

Sleeping angel

These are some pics I have taken recently of my angel when he is sleeping. I still wake up at least once a night to check on my baby! I couldn't believe he was really sleeping that way, I just had to take a picture. I was afraid the flash from my camera might wake him, but he was out like a light! It's hard to believe he is 21 months old now! He is growing so fast...sometimes I wish time would stand still! I love him so much!

Botanical Gardens

Dylan looking at the fish

Dylan eating an acorn...imagine that!

Dylan and Daddy...so sweet

My little man

Dylan was tired of having his pictures made

This one is my favorite

Just a swingin

Today Jeremy, Dylan and me went to Botanical Gardens to have our Christmas pictures made! My friend, Rachael took them for us. I usually do Portrait Innovations, but this year I wanted to do something different. Dylan was not cooperating and would not smile for her, but I hope she managed to get at least one! After we got finished, we walked around and took some pics of our own. That didn't turn out so well either, but it was such a beautiful day and I got to spend it with my boys, so that in itself made it special! Afterwards, Jeremy took us to lunch at Red Lobster...it was so good! I am so lucky to have my boys, I love them so much!
