Booger's 5th birthday party!

Yesterday we celebrated my nephews 5th birthday! He turned 5 in August and they are always so busy that they just now got a chance to have him a party! The party was outside and the weather was perfect! Booger is getting so big, we love him so much! Happy Birthday Booger Bear!

I just had to post this precious video of DD singing Jesus loves me! He sings this song all the time, I could not be more proud of him! After his game today we went to WalMart to get him a toy for playing (it was a bribe but hey he's 3 1/2). He picked out this guitar and has not put it down since! Dylan loves this song so when I asked him to sing something for us I was not surpried this is what he chose! It just melts my heart to hear him sing Jesus loves me, it's one of those moments I will never forget.

MiMi recently took DD to WalMart and let him pick out whatever he wanted and Spongebog pj's is what he picked:) I decided to take some pics of him in them this morning. He was so funny! He started taking pics of me with his itty bitty camera:) I love my lil man so much!

So, today we decided to take some pics of the kids in their Halloween costumes! It was so pretty outside! Dylan got bit by fireants as soon as we got outside so he wasn't up for having lots of pics taken:( We snapped some for about 15 minutes and we were done! I thought they turned out so cute! Halloween is going to be so much fun this year!! I can't wait!

So DD's costume came in the mail yesterday and he could not wait to wear it!! He is all about Batman right now! He got on his 4wheeler and took off! He really thought he was Batman, it was too cute! Booger came over later with his police officer costume on they were so funny! I know his costume will probably be worn out by Halloween but at least he is having fun!

Fun times!

So, today I took off work to be at Dylan's school for an in class field trip! I got there early enough to see Dylan in action in his classroom. Miss Ashley is such a good teacher! After they ate breakfast they all stood up and said the pledge of allegiance. Then, they prayed. It was the most precious thing to hear all of those children praying...so sweet! They started doing their letter lesson when I decided to sneak out so Dylan could concentrate. It is wonderful to see how much they teach Dylan at such a young age. It's comforting to know that they care about my sons education as much as I do. So, thank you to Miss Ashley for all you do! So, back to the painting...it was chaotic and messy but the kids had fun! They all painted a plate with a tree on it! I am glad I got to spend some time at DD's school today! I love my lil man so much!

Today was DD's 1st ball game! I wasn't sure how he would do considering at the last practice he wasn't interested at all! He did GREAT! I was so proud of him! Coach let him bat first and DD hit it on the first try! It was awesome! He only ran off the field a couple of times but for the most part he did great! MiMi, Aunt Quinn, MG, Uncle Joey, JoJo, Stefy , NayNay & Booger all came too! Thank you all for coming, DD was so excited! It was a great day! The whole team did really good and the most important thing was everyone had fun!

DD's 1st fall ball practice

So, today DD had his 1st practice for fall ball! I didn't know how he would do considering he is the youngest one on his team! He got tired after a little bit but once we got on the field he liked running the bases and batting! He would run to me in the bleachers and go back. Coach told us not to discourage him and to let him tolerate what he could. I didn't want to force him so I just let him do things on his terms. For his 1st time it went pretty good! He tried really hard to hit the ball and he loved everyone cheering for him! MiMi, Brad, Quinn & Maddie came to watch him! When he was batting I told him good job and gave him a thumbs up then he looked at me and gave me one back, it was too cute! He made me so proud! The most important thing to me is that Dylan has fun! He said he loves playing ball and has asked at least 10 times to play again! It is so entertaining watching all these kids play! This is going to be so much fun!

Today was perfect! I can smell Fall in the air!! It was the most beautiful day so I decided to take some pics of the kids...imagine that!! I can't wait till Fall gets here! I am lovin this weather!

I was folding clothes this afternoon and Maddie picked up one of my shirts and liked the polka dots so I put it on her and it looked like a dress! It was so cute! She didn't want to take it off! She is such a little ham!

Dylan's & Maddie's 1st sleep over!

We were all at MiMi's last night and Quinn had been to the doctor and she found out she had sinusitis & bronchitis. They also gave her 2 shots & lots of medicine to take. So, I offered to keep Maddie Grace so she could get a good nights sleep! I bathed her and put one of DD's t-shirts on her since she didn't have ny pj's with her! The kids had such a good time and Maddie was a little angel! It was different having another baby here but we managed just fine! They were so sweet when they woke up. They sat in the recliner and watched cartoons together, it was so sweet! I know it would be tough with two kids but I am wanting another one more and more each day!!
